sony is working on a new Xperia device for emerging markets called the Xperia C. The device has a decent set of specs including Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) a 1.2 GHz MTK6589 Quad Core Processor. The Xperia C will feature 

android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) out the box with a 

0.3 MP Secondary Camera, an 

8 MP Primary Camera

The Xperia C also has a 5-inch TFT Capacitive Touchscreen with a resolution of 960 x 540 Pixels and Mobile Bravia engine . The Xperia C weighs only 153 g and will come with a 2330 mAh battery. The device will come with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of storage with a microSD expandability upto 32 GB.
