Samsung's ChatON Reaches 100 Million Users, Adding 3 More Languages For India



ChatON is a instant messaging service from Samsung, the service now has global users of over 100 million, according to company, they launched ChatON in October 2011, and now it has hit 100 million users, which is double the number it held in May this year.
Samsung mentioned that the ChatON has enjoyed steady growth in regions including India, China and the United States, while the app is gaining popularity in Europe and the Middle East. While Samsung share’s how the app might have reached at this user level: 
ChatON’s growth can be attributed to the support it offers across international markets and various OS platforms. The service provides a seamless experience where users can access ChatON through PCs, Samsung feature phones, and all the major smartphone operating systems: Android, iOS, Blackberry and Windows Phone. ChatON’s multi-screen support also allows users to sign-in on up to five different devices using one Samsung account ID.
Another key factor according to Samsung in ChatON’s success is that it comes preloaded on most major galaxy devices – the first of which was the galaxy S III. Subsequent device launches include the galaxy Note II, galaxy S 4, galaxy Note 3,galaxy Gear, and GALAXY Camera.
